3. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Payment Terms

Our zero-fee processing model means:

6. Equipment and Support

We provide free equipment including terminals and POS systems. Equipment remains our property and must be returned upon service termination. We provide 24/7 technical support and maintenance.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZeroMerchFees and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our service and the use of this service.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZeroMerchFees, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law
